Oswald's Oven custom royal icing sugar cookies are handled separately from weekly/biweekly pre-orders due to the amount of care, communication and customization that go into them! (The 3 Big C's)
Starting off, only 3 slots a month for custom sugar cookies will be open! (Between 12 and 150 cookies allowed per slot). CONSULT CALENDAR/SCHEDULE FOR SLOT AND ORDER AVAILABILITY.
Slots are up for grabs starting the 28th of April, please allow for 10 days between order finalization and pickup. Later dates may be set for larger or more complex orders.
Steps:
CLAIM SLOT: First come first serve basis, slots CAN be reserved in advance if for special occasions.
RECIEVE QUOTE: How many cookies do you need? What design ideas or theme are you aiming for? - I will give you a price and pickup date estimate.
FINALIZE ORDER: Customer choice, 50% deposit or 100% payment at time of finalization.
DESIGN: Digital designs and mockup - IBISPAINT+CANVA. You get to approve all final designs and can ask for changes!
PICKUP: You pickup your cookies on the agreed pickup date! (Final payment required 2 days before pickup if customer chooses 50% deposit at time of order finalization.)

Unlike regular preorders, custom sugar cookies can take a while, so we allow for a 50% deposit/50% final payment 2 days before pickup! If customers prefer, 100% payment is also available when order and slot are finalized!
ANY pickup date during the upcoming month (MAY 2026) can be set as long as it is at least 10 days after order finalization for smaller orders.
Order overlaps may be permitted for special circumstances.
If a slot is forfeited or an order is cancelled, the next person on that months waitlist will be contacted so I may give them a design quote.
Extra time may be required to fulfill your order if it requires custom cookie cutters or supplies.
