Michigan Cottage Food Business Laws do not require any permits or certifications, but I have a Servsafe Food Protection Certificate, and have taken the MSU Cottage Food Law Course. I pride myself in what I do, and want to keep my kitchen and your food healthy, clean and safe!

I have also taken an extensive baking class and courses under trained chefs, so I have experience with consistency, high quality results and preventing foodborne illness.
