I cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment. My home bakery uses multiple ingredients, and many of those ingredients contain allergens. Please be aware of this when placing your order. I will do my best to reduce cross contact.
No-shows to pickups (with no contact made) will be forfeited and allocated elsewhere.
Any cancellations must be made at least 3 days beforehand, anything less than 3 days chances that the customer get a partial refund only due to the ingredients already acquired or baked good made. Full refund policy at bottom of page.
Order Forms will close when maximum capacity of baked goods available to bake that week has been fulfilled (please understand that I can only bake so many cookies in 3 days in 2 regular ovens!).
All food is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.

Please be aware that photographs may not accurately reflect the final product appearance, as baked goods can vary in appearance. However, the taste and quality will remain consistent.
Menus, item selections, ingredients, and prices are subject to change without notice. As a single-person cottage food business, I cannot always guarantee stable ingredient prices or maintain the same brand/producer purchasing due to unforeseen variations in quality or availability.
Where is pickup located?
Manchester, Michigan. Right in between Ann Arbor and Jackson, near Austin Road!
2. Your cat is the face of the company, does he go anywhere near the ingredients, kitchen, supplies or finished product?
Though Oswald does a lot of our "social media marketing" and represents my small cottage food business, he does not interact with any packaging and does not go into the kitchen! ALL ingredients, items, supplies and finished products are made and stored away from animals. I am well versed in food safety (worked in food service industry) and am ServSafe Food Protection Manager Level Certified, as you can find on my page.
3. Why are there limits on how much I can order, rules, and certain conditions to what you can do?
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, I limit the number of orders I take each week as a single-person bakery. This allows me to give every cookie and muffin the attention it deserves
4. Can I ask for a gluten or dairy free version of your baked goods?
I can certainly accommodate requests for gluten-free or dairy-free items, but please discuss your needs with me before ordering. Be advised that specialized ingredients may result in higher costs. I will do my best to find solutions and minimize cross-contamination. However, please understand that I cannot guarantee that baked goods are completely free of nuts or tree nuts.
5. How should I store my baked goods?
All baked goods should be stored at room temperature in the original packaging or an airtight container/bag, baked goods are good for 3-7 days.
Full Refunds: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before your scheduled pick-up date will receive a 100% refund.
Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before pick-up will receive a 50% refund to cover the cost of ingredients and preparation already begun.
No-shows to pickups will be forfeited and allocated elsewhere.
Because our goods are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, or for "no-show" orders that are not collected. If communication is established before pickup time, arrangements can be made to hold the baked good for an extra 24 hours.
