We're all human! Did you realize you missed something in your order form and need to add it? Contact me at owner@oswaldsoven.com and I will fix it ASAP!
Once you pay, your order is officially booked! All order approvals and payment links will be sent within 1-3 hours of order form submission between the hours of 8am-5pm Friday-Monday.
All order inquiries made before/after active hours will be answered within 3 hours of start.
No-shows to pickups (with no contact made) will be forfeited/refunded and allocated elsewhere.
Any cancellations must be made at least 3 days beforehand, anything less than 3 days chances that the customer get a partial refund only due to the ingredients already acquired or baked good made. Full refund policy at bottom of page.
All food is made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development.

Menus, item selections, ingredients, and prices are subject to change without notice. As a single-person cottage food business, I cannot always guarantee stable ingredient prices or maintain the same brand/producer purchasing due to unforeseen variations in quality or availability.
Sugar Cookie Ordering Steps

STEPS:
Fill out request with all of your information and design requests. 7 days notice is required for custom sugar cookies.
50% deposit at time of order confirmation/50% final payment 2 days before pickup! If customers prefer, 100% payment is also available when order and date are finalized.
I get back to you with design sketches (digital through Ibispaint and Canva), and you approve or ask for changes.
You pick some treats up on the chosen date.
Disclaimer: There is a list of cookie cutters, shapes and sizes that I currently have available HERE, please keep in mind that requesting cookies in a shape/size I do not currently have may require an extension so I may acquire the correct cookie cutter.
Regular Pre-Order Steps

** At least 3 days in advance for most smaller orders. Some orders can be completed sooner, up to 24-36 hours. Up to 5 days may be required for larger orders.
Small orders consist of 4 dozen cookies or less/4 items or less/equivalent. More = Larger order.
Custom Cookie Cake Information
Contact owner@oswaldsoven.com to make your COOKIE CAKE order, and for flavor, cake building and/or price consultation. Other flavors and fillings may be available by request but must fall under cottage food safety parameters.
For any custom order, the steps go as follows:
CLAIM SLOT: First come first serve basis, slots CAN be reserved in advance if for special occasions. If you are unsure if a day is open, please contact me!
RECEIVE QUOTE: How many baked goods/what would you like? What design ideas or theme are you aiming for? - I will give you a price and pickup date estimate.
FINALIZE ORDER: Customer choice, 50% deposit or 100% payment at time of finalization.
DESIGN: (only if customer does not have a plan already) Digital designs and mockup - IBISPAINT+CANVA. You get to approve all final designs and can ask for changes!
PICKUP: You pickup your baked goods on the agreed pickup date! (Final payment required 2 days before pickup if customer chooses 50% deposit at time of order finalization.)
