Owner, baker, bookkeeper, graphic designer... My name is Caitlin, the creator of Oswald's Oven and mother of Oswald the cat. Oswald is the CEO/mascot of my bakery!
I'm 24 and have lived in Manchester, Michigan for 14 years, a dirt road for 11 years and have been cooking and baking for more than 8! Oswald is my boyfriend and I's beloved cat, who we call our son.
I love baking more than (almost) anything and would love to offer homemade scratch baked goods to Manchester and the surrounding Washtenaw county area.
I delved into the culinary world with a business mindset about 2-3 years ago and have been developing my skills since. This is my Cottage Food Business, the beginning of my entrepreneurial baking journey. This business as a whole I have been building since early January 2026 and have put my heart into it.

Oswald is the face of Oswald's Oven, and of course the namesake. We adopted Oswald in August of 2025 from the HSHV in Ann Arbor, he's a year old now and still full of energy! Oswald is a big boy, over 13lb.
